The accepted price applies to the scope described in the quote. If the diagnosis reveals that other work is required, the change and revised price are presented before any additional work.
No. After the diagnosis, you receive the recommended scope and price so you can decide. If you accept the service, the diagnosis fee is deducted from the final price.
